The PlanMySite team recently wrapped up a project for the Kwahuman Association of NJ. The Association is a non-profit organization that strives to preserve and promote the Kwahu culture while also promoting education and supporting preventive health initiatives. For that reason, it was very important to develop a logo and a website to reflect the Kwahu culture while also making it possible to share information, photos and videos with members.
Creating the perfect logo design for a client takes a great deal of time and effort. Not only does it require being a talented graphic artist, but it also involves gaining a solid understanding of the company and the type of image it wants to present. Due to the hard work and dedication it takes to design a logo that is “just right” for a client, it is always satisfying when the client smiles and says, “It’s perfect.” It is even better when the recognition is taken one step further and your work gets recognized for its quality, and that is just what happened when PlanMySite was awarded with a 17th Annual Communicator Award by the International Academy of Visual Arts.
We’re pretty excited to have been chosen for the 2011 American Inhouse Design Awards, given annually to inhouse designers, marketers and communications departments who bring value and creativity to their businesses. We competed in a field of 4000+ entries, which is a pretty amazing number of highly creative people.
PlanMySite.com team members enjoyed a fun night of comedy, dining and professional networking this past Friday as the Art Directors Club of New Jersey (ADCNJ) hosted its 48th annual awards show. Taking place at the lovely Birchwood Manor in Whippany, New Jersey, this local event provided artists with the recognition they deserved for the projects they have completed. We were very humbled and excited to learn that the PlanMySite.com Web site earned a Silver Award in the Web Product category.
PlanMySite is pleased to announce that our Website will be used by the Ontario Ministry of Education as part of a Web design course. The course, which will focus on E-Learning Strategy, will be used by the entire province of Ontario, Canada for educational purposes.
